Order Processing
- We ship from Vietnam.
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Customized or personalized orders may have a longer fulfillment window, please allow us extra 1-2 days to prepare.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with order details. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders
Orders Tracking: For online orders an email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. If you still have a question, email us at leather@hoiansoul.com.
Make Changes or Cancel Orders: Contact leather@hoiansoul.com immediately so we can assist you with your order. Please note that, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change or cancel your order.

Order Processing: International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days (Mondays through Friday, excluding holidays) of order placement. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates. Customized or personalization option requires additional processing time.
Exchange Rates: Orders are paid in USD and the exchange rate will be calculated at time of purchase by the customer’s credit card processor. The exchange rate and international credit card fees will be dependent on the credit card that the customer is using. We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes.
